Having trouble viewing these tutorials?

For users using Internet Explorer 7 or newer:

1. Select the Tools menu. If the menu is not available press the ALT key on your keyboard.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Under the General tab select Settings under browsing history.
4. In the dialog that opens, select the radio button for "Every time I visit the webpage" under "Check for newer versions of stored pages."
5. Click OK to close the dialog.
6. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
7. Close all browser windows.
8. Open the browser and try to use the site and tutorials again.

For users using Internet Explorer 6 or older:

1. Select the Tools menu. If the menu is not available press the ALT key on your keyboard.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Under the General tab select Settings under Temporary Internet Files.
4. In the dialog that opens, select the radio button for "Every visit to the page" under "Check for newer versions of stored pages."
5. Click OK to close the dialog.
6. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
7. Close all browser windows.
8. Open the browser and try to use the site and tutorials again.
