From I-75 North (Cobb County, Marietta, Smyrna, Sandy Springs)

I-75 South to I-285 West. Exit 9 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. Turn right off exit onto MLK Drive. Turn left at the second light onto Fairburn Road. Turn right at the second traffic light into the Southwest Hospital entrance. DFCS is the first 4 story brick building on the left.

From I-75 South (Clayton County, Jonesboro, Riverdale, Fayetteville)

I-75 South to I-285 West. Exit 7 – Cascade Road. Turn left off exit onto Cascade Road. Turn right at the second light onto Fairburn Road. Turn left at the first traffic light into the Southwest Hospital entrance. DFCS is the first 4 story brick building on the left.

I-85 North (Gwinnett County, Norcross, Lilburn, Lawrenceville)

I-85 South to I-285 West. Exit 7 – Cascade Road. Turn left off exit onto Cascade Road. Turn right at the second light onto Fairburn Road. Turn left at the first traffic light into the Southwest Hospital entrance. DFCS is the first 4 story brick building on the left.

From I-85 South (Fulton County, College Park, Newnan, LaGrange)

I-85 North to I-285 West. Exit 7 – Cascade Road. Turn left off exit onto Cascade Road. Turn right at the second light onto Fairburn Road. Turn left at the first traffic light into the Southwest Hospital entrance. DFCS is the first 4 story brick building on the left.

From I-20 West (Paulding County, Six Flags, Dallas)

I-20 East to exit 51 to I-285 South and MLK/Adamsville – route 139. Stay in right lane and exit on MLK. Turn right onto MLK. Turn left at second light onto Fairburn Road. Turn right at second traffic light into the Southwest Hospital entrance. DFCS is the first 4 story brick building on the left.

From I-20 East (Dekalb County, Decatur, Stone Mountain, Conyers)

I-20 West to exit 51 to I-285 South and MLK/Adamsville –Route 139, Exit on the left. Stay in right lane and exit on MLK, turn right onto MLK. Turn left at second light onto Fairburn Road. Turn right at second traffic light into the Southwest Hospital entrance. DFCS is the first 4 story brick building on the left.

Marta (5 Points Station)

Take westbound train from the 5 Points Station. Exit the Hamilton E. Homes Station. Take the MARTA Route Bus 165 to the Southwest Community Hospital. DFCS is the first 4 story brick building on the left.
